Demand Gen Report -- Radius, a data and predictive marketing software provider, has announced plans to merge with Leadspace, an audience management platform. The merger aims to create a combined, comprehensive data intelligence platform under the Radius brand.
With added capabilities from Leadspace, Radius will be positioned to provide an enhanced platform that offers data intelligence and management, account targeting and deeper integrations with Marketo, Salesforce and more.
“We want to make sure that we provide a holistic platform that allows for data intelligence, contact intelligence, AI and really solves the entire wheel of what we call B2B data intelligence,” said Darian Shirazi, CEO and Co-Founder of Radius, in an interview with Demand Gen Report. “There were capabilities that Leadspace had that we didn’t and vice versa. By merging the companies, we’re excited that this can be that one-size-fits-all solution.”
As a result of the merger, product offerings from both companies will be available immediately to all customers. Leadspace customers can now access Radius’ Network of Record, which is designed to link a businesses’ CRM and marketing applications. Radius customers will be able to use the data management and artificial intelligence capabilities from the Leadspace platform. Within the next few months, the marketing tools from Radius and Leadspace will be combined into a single platform.
The companies said this was a true merger that will include the combined capabilities, teams and leadership of both companies. According to Doug Bewsher, CEO of Leadspace, they decided to bring the companies together under the Radius brand because they believed it offered broader use cases and greater value proposition for customers. Together, their client list extends beyond 200 companies.
“We have been talking about how we can bring these two companies together for some time,” said Bewsher, in an interview with Demand Gen Report. “What makes us all pretty excited about this coming together is we are the largest player in the space and clearly can set the agenda for how data intelligence is going to evolve.”
Bewsher will lead the merger as the new CEO of Radius. Shirazi will assume the position of Executive Chairman. The Radius headquarters will remain in San Francisco with additional offices in Denver and Boston, as well as a revenue and development center in Tel Aviv, where Leadspace was founded.
